German Luftwaffe officer's sword this early Luftwaffe sword is quite a treasure, with hilt components of fine, silver-plated nickel. The excellent sunwheel swastikas are in brass, and most of the silver appears to be between the legs. The pommel has good, crisp edges and the top portion is stamped with fine oak leaves and acorns.
