*** A Charles Might & Son outstanding majolica, baluster shaped covered vase on puce ground with raised moulded base. Moulded form reeds to the side incorporating the stylized handles in the form of standing cranes. The domed top is surmounted by a crane. Oval cartouche finely painted of exotic birds on mountain landscape. The reverse depicts ostriches in a tropical landscape and an ostrich hunt. The rim is moulded in the form of drooping reeds.
