A French spelter and marble figural clock garniture, circa 1900, marked 'Sonnerie Progres France, S.G.D.C; Figure By Louis Moreau. the Figure of 'Art Litteraire' beside an ionic column, upon a shaped rouge marble base, an enamel dial with Arabic numerals and minute markings, pierced rococo embellishments with Art Nouveau influence and accompanied by scrolling six light candelabra with urn form stems and rouge bases; inscribed signature to figure.
