A George II rare burr walnut forefront bureau of small proportions, feather banded detail, the interior with a mirrored central door flanked by secret column slides and further pigeonholes and a combination of six drawers, the base with full width top drawer above two half width drawers and two further full width drawers below, shaped brass back plate swing handles and escutcheons, raised on bracket feet. Oak lined. 84 x 51 x 97 cm
