A large Art Nouveau electroplate jardiniere, late 19th /early 20th century, of tapering vase form with everted lip and decorated with asymmetrical design, to one side a female in diaphanous, billowing attire with raised arms supporting a bunch of grapes and to the other side a young male in similar pose, a border of frolicking cherubs with garlands around the base, inset liner, 68 cm high
