A celadon jade mounted mirror, the jade Qing dynasty, 19th century the oval mirror within a white metal frame inlaid on the reverse with a jade 'spring water' plaque carved with a goose swooping down among intertwining stems of lotus leaves and flowers and saggitaria, growing from incised waves, all in pierced and high relief within the frame decorated with alternating shou characters and bats in relief, the handle mounted with a jade 'dragon' belthook 20.2 cm long
