A large rare Moa's foot, comprising a combination of 13 bones, mounted to an ebonised oval board, with old varnish. Length 36.5 cm. Written in red to the back board 'Taihoa' Hakataramea Valley 1970'. Provenance: Found by a teacher and his pupils while digging swamp yesterday morning on Mr J.D. Small's property.
