Provenance: The signatures were collected 1963 for Margaret Anderson (daughter) by her father, Fred Anderson, who worked back stage at the Playhouse Theatre, Manchester. This was the Beatles only appearance on the BBC radio show 'The Beat show', recorded at Manchester's Playhouse Theatre, which was broadcast on the BBC light Programme service 1pm the following day. The host of 'The Beat show' was Gay Byrne, whose signature is recorded in the next set of Beatles signatures (Lot 374) the following page after Cliff Richard and the Shadows
