A birds eye maple jewellery casket early 20th century. Continental, possibly Russian. The upper box is constructed from solid birds eye maple type timber with a concealed hinge back of box. The front plinth base has a secret concealed drawer which is push down operated (from the inside) and springs open. Height 11.5 cm; width 22 cm; Depth 14.2 cm
