A Nanango QLD Amateur Race club sterling silver trophy on stand the base silver plaque is inscribed, 'The Nanango Amateur cup, Won two years in succession by G.H.L. Tancred's - acorn - Ridden by Owner'. The bowl is hallmarked Sheffield 1900, by James Dixon & Sons, and weighs approximately 1040grams. The outer bowl has several panels inscribed, 'Nanango Amateur Race club' - 'Won by T.H. Moors Cordiality May 12th 1903' - 'Won by Bigge & McConnel's Slow Tom April 26th 1904' - 'Won by G.H.L. Tancred's acorn April 11th 1905'. Height 26 cm (with stand)
