An archaistic bronze vase, Hu Ming dynasty, the pear-shaped body rising from a flared base above the straight foot, tapering to a slightly waisted neck with galleried mouth, set on the sloping shoulders with two animal mask and loose ring handles, the metal patinated to a dark brown colour with patches of encrustations, 31.5 cm high
