Sapphire and diamond brooch/pearl clasp, of cluster design, centring on a mixed cushion-cut blue sapphire weighing 13.80 carats above a border of ten old European-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 8.50 carats, mounted in silver and 18ct gold, brooch converts to a pearl clasp, diameter approximately 27 mm. Accompanied by a GSL report numbered AA51312, dated 8 March 2013, stating that the 13.80 carat sapphire is natural, royal blue, with no indications of heating (Nte)
