An Australian silver goblet, by Henry Steiner, Adelaide, circa 1880, the bowl engraved 'Clare Stallion Show, July 1882 First Prize For Blood Stallion Presented By W.H Young Esq Won By' within a fern leaf and wheat sheaf cartouche, the reverse set with a cast medallion of two horses signed J Moore, marked 'H.STEINER/Queen Victoria's Head /Lion Passant', 20 cm high, 320 gms (10.3 oz). Provenance: Walkerville Antiques, South Australia, 8th August, 1981. Exhibited: Powerhouse Museum Sydney 1984-1986
