Len Castle, early stoneware vase, bottle shape with salt glaze with glaze streak to the shoulder section. Fired at the Crum Brick and Tile Works in New Lynn. The streak on the shoulder of the vase is caused by molten salt glaze dripping from the arch of the kiln, impressed initials. Provenance: From the Neil and Fay Castle Collection. Height 30 cm
