A George II Japanned Chinoiserie decorated longcase clock, maker Jacob O'Donnell the arched pediment over an arched door flanked by columns, a long door and a square panelled base with plinth, the silvered arch dial with ormolu surround with date aperture, eight day movement anchor escapement striking on a bell. Formerly from the Estate Dr Percy Langdon, Burlington Place, London and physician to His Majesty Edward VII 207 cm high, 47 cm wide 23 cm deep.
