A Regency period mahogany secretaire bookcase, the lower section with a flat fronted secretaire drawer above three graduated drawers, raised on splay feet. The secretaire drawer and the top cross banded and with boxwood stringing and edging. The upper section with astragal glazed doors enclosing four removable shelves beneath a simple architectural cornice. The cornice and door edges similarly edged with boxwood.
