A Victorian coromandel desk set, the hinged writing slope enclosing a later blue baize writing surface and an arrangement of pigeon holes, with a ogee shaped box and a pair of cut glass removable inkwells to the upper section, the whole decorated with applied brass mounts, the central one inscribed with the monogram Ans and date 1877, 36 cm wide, 26 cm deep, 24.5 cm high
