An Australian cedar and rose mahogany work table, of neo-classical design, the rectangular cedar top is cross banded with moulded edges above cross banded frieze with turned inverted finials to corners, the work box has been recovered in deep red silk, the two side supports are flared and divided in peg design both top and bottom and are united by a turned stretcher with applied patera terminals, the side supports are resting on rectangular round bases, applied patera and on squat bun.
