Description:
Burma ruby and diamond bangle, 19th century, the top set with a sugarloaf Burmese ruby weighing 1.19 carats, within a border of rose-cut diamonds, to openwork and knife wire mount accented with single-cut diamonds, mounted in silver and gold, weight 12.3gm, inner diameter 5.5 cm. Accompanied by lotus report dated 25 September 2018, stating that the ruby is of Burma origin with no evidence heat treatment.
