A pair of Kerr & Binns Worcester porcelain covered vases, circa 1860, the enamel decoration attributed to Thomas Bott, Snr, each of flattened bottle shape on a spreading elliptical foot, a pair of gilt satyr masks to the shoulders, with a domed and finialled cover, white glazed with fine raised gilt details, the front of each decorated with a gilt cartouche enclosing a portrait respectively of Francesco I de' Medici, grand Duke of Tuscany, and his wife Bianca Cappello, the reverse of both with a crest, printed green shield factory marks underside, each 17.5 cm high. Condition: a small chip to top lip and another to the foot of the Duke vase, one small chip to the tip of the lid.
