Scottish Victorian sterling silver pierced basket, hallmarked Edinburgh,1859, Em (Millidge & Son (Edwin Millidge), of oval form, beautifully cast with shell, acanthus and foliate border, with beaded foliate medallions surrounding two engraved crests and central monogram, with swing handle and pierced with acanthus motifs, raised on an oval foot with acanthus and beaded borders, total weight 716gm, height 8.5 cm and length 32 cm
