Evgeni Alexandrovich Lanceray, Troika 1848-1886 a very fine gilt bronze group, Russian, 19th century, of 3 horses pulling a sled, a small child seated to the front with a bearded Cossack holding reigns, an attendant by his side, two wolves attacking the horses to the front. On naturalistic oval base with green varieagated marble plinth. Slight corrosion to parts of the gilt. Signature for Lanceray and the foundry mark for Chopen. 25 x 45 x 19 cm Provenance: Harlequin Antiques receipt.
