Photographic print of the first Rugby test match in New Zealand entitled the Kick off 1904, the game played between the British lions and New Zealand. This large scale photographic print was made from the original glass plate negatives taken at the game by Charles W Martin. The print created after some 800 hours of restoration, digital merging and scanning of the original glass plate images. Another copy of this print is held in the New Zealand Rugby Museum in Palmerston north. 58 x 210 cm
