A Wilkinson 'Tahiti - Papavar' (poppy) pattern Art Deco vase designed by L Allen signed L.Allen to the side, c.1928, pattern 8644, cylindrical flaring slightly at top and base, height 16 cm the range featured designs by John Butler and L Allen. They represented Wilkinson's most prestigious line of Art Pottery and were produced alongside 'Bizarre' from 1928 into the early thirties
