Fine and exceptional Chinese Kangxi mark and period peach blossom amphora vase, of slender tapering form, with a fine spreading lip, the interior in pale strawberry red, the body in an 'Unripe peach' green glaze, the lower foot unglazed on circular foot, with six character, Kangxi mark to base, the whole upon a carved ivory base, height 15.5 cm (vase) and 18 cm (with stand).
