Regency mahogany teapoy, first half of the 19th century, of sarcophagus form, the hinged lid decorated with ebony inlay in a Grecian pattern, opening to a fitted interior with two pressed glass mixing bowls, above a central turn support and four side supports, raised on cabriole legs brass lion paws on castors, lock stamped 'Chubb's patent London' serial number 239677, height 78 cm width 63 cm depth 36 cm.
