George III Irish sterling silver salver, mark of 'CF' (unrecorded), Dublin, 1796, circular with contemporary engraved coat of arms within finely designed Chinoiserie cartouche of pagodas surrounded by engraved bands of scrolling grapes vines, vignettes of dogs chasing birds and swans, raised on four ball and claw feet, hallmarked, weight 1225 grams diameter 38 cm.
