Important and historical Australian Colonial Land Grant to Elizabeth Needham, (first Fleet convict) 15th September 1796, for 40 acres 'By the name of Needham's farm laying and situate in the District of Bulanaming' (now Sydney Park), signed by Governor hunter and witnessed by David Collins Secretary of the colony, verso with transfer of the land in the name of John and Elizabeth driver to John and Gregory Blaxland, displaying date of 26 February 1808, together with a paper and hessian lined envelope 'Needhams Grant// 8 and a 1808 re-written copy, ink on paper in six pieces and paper seal (4) Exhibited: Australian Icons, Shapiro, 2007
