A pair of figures of laughing boys Qing dynasty, each well modelled standing facing forward, holding a basket filled with fruit including peach, pomegranate and finger citrons picked out in aubergine, turquoise and yellow glazes, wearing a mottled chestnut jacket over a long green robe with aubergine sleeves, the shorn head with well defined features in laughing expression, 43 cm high.
