Platinum, South Sea pearl, sapphire and diamond 'Marquise' necklace, Paspaley, designed as a line of eight oval cultured pearls measuring 13 mm alternating at intervals between faceted sapphire beads and trace chain connectors, completed by a pave-set diamond clasp, the sapphires together stated to weigh 21.20 carats, circumference approximately 435 mm, adjustable, signed Paspaley, maker's mark, accompanied by a Paspaley certificate and pouch.
