A head and neck profile view of a U.S naval cadet, anchor insignia on collars, back mark Newport Rhode Island. A full sitting studio view of a young U.S naval officer, he wears an unbuttoned single breasted frock coat with shoulder straps, buttons around cuffs his partially unbuttoned waist coat is also visible
