Carte-de-visite's Full standing front on studio view of a full beared Union arm sergeant, he wears a single breasted frock coat with sergeants stripes, he stands with left hand on hip and right hand rests on back of chair, no back mark. An ankles up sitting front on view of a young Union soldier. He wears a large four button blouse showing waistcoat, Right arm rests on a table, left hand left thigh, period hand written Id on bottom of image William Rose Company B, Photographer's back mark. Providence, Rhode Island. A full standing front on interior view of a full bearded Union arm officer. He wears an unbuttoned single breasted frock coat, showing waistcoat, Left hand hangs on trousers pocket, right hand holds his forage cap, which has oil cloth cover. Believed to be Lt Colonel William E Lawrance 1st Ohio Light Artillery, from the 4th June 1862 until the 26th November 1864, when he died of disease in Murfreesbro, Tennessee, Photographer's back mark Cleveland, Ohio
