A composite full armour, Italian and Flemish Late 17th Century in the 16th Century style; comprising closed helmet with one piece pointed skull with roped borders and decoration; gauntlets missing some fingers; replaced leather straps. An impressive suit not often offered for sale. A good example. Together with a North European, swept hilt, Rapier; 88 cm blade; woven wire hilt with urn shaped pommel; showing an aged patina overall; fine pitting to the blade.
