A Swedish 19th century secretaire chest in mahogany comprising of an interior of a central cupboard flanked either side by three drawers above a frieze drawer, the lower section with three full length drawers, escutcheons and drawer pull knobs in bone, decorative brass bale handles, the surmounting frieze drawer with a serpentine front, the chest with stylised carved corbells to the front edges, circa 1880. Width 100 cm. Depth 47 cm. Height 141 cm
