Photos of Thomas Daniel Knox, 6th Earl of Ranfurly. These were taken on his way to Australia in 1937 en route to his appointment as ADC to Lord Gowrie, Governor General of Australia 1936-1945. His grandfather, the 5th Earl of Ranfurly, was Governor General of New Zealand 1897-1904. Includes also two photos of Guide Rangi (Rangitiaria Dennan 1897-1970).
