A George V sterling silver crested hot water jug, 1911 London, with maker's mark for Sebastian Henry Garrard, the vase shaped part-fluted body with an applied gadroon and shell top border, an insulated silver scroll handle and a hinged lid with a cast fluted finial, on a pedestal foot, engraved with the motto and crest of the Scottish clan Mackenzie to one side 'Luceo Non Uro' (I Shine, Not Burn); their crest shows a stag's antlers as seen within the shield on this lot.
