*** A Maori and Waitemata Harbour Pictorial Marquetry Table Top by William Seuffert depicting two Europeanised Maori cherubs reclining in a net hammock strung between a ponga tree fern and a cabbage tree, looking across the Waitemata Harbour to the volcanoes of North Head and Rangitoto Island. Diam.52.4 cm. ***
*** A George I Walnut Fall Front Bureau, with matched butterfly veneers, two half drawers above two full length drawers, replaced brass hardware, cross banded and herring bone decoration, on finely carved ogee bracket feet. The interior fitted with a central cupboard flanked by four pigeon holes above two shallow drawers and a covered well. C.1720. Old restoration. Width 96 cm. Depth 54 cm. Height 99.5 cm ***
*** A Kauri and Burr Totara Colonial Chest of Drawers of pleasing proportions and good colour. The carcase exterior showing the subtleness of flame kauri, the chest consisting of a two deep half drawers flanking two central shallow drawers above three full length drawers, each of these of the same depth, burr Totara veneered drawer fronts and dark stained wood turned knob handles, brass escutcheons, the chest supported on a plinth base. ***
