A Victorian walnut bookcase, glazed doors, raised on plinth base, together with a collection of books including a first edition of Orley Farm by Anthony Trollope (1862), Diary of Samuel Pepys Vol1-6, and more. Provenance: Brought to New Zealand by Clement Hebeler, of the Royal Navy. The collection includes books previously owned by the Hebeler family and from the private collections of Francis Wedgwood (Wedgwood pottery) and Hamilton Owen Rendel (designer of original tower bridge mechanism).
