Very Rare Apache Pocket Pistol, Designed & Patented by Belgian Dolne Brevete in 1869. The Apache was manufactured and sold in the Usa from 1870 to 1900. This weapon resembles a revolver missing the barrel, but is in fact a very short-barrelled pepperbox. The bullet diameter is 7 mm, .27 calibre.
