A fine Napoleon III black marble regulator mantle clock. Later 19th century, with maker's mark for Vincenti et Cie, with a chapter ring bearing Arabic numerals and a visible escapement set within a decorative bezel and drum head, a glazed section for the mercury pendulum flanked by pilasters and volutes above a shaped base, decorated with flecked granite ornaments, and gilt bronze bas reliefs with putti; with key and pendulum. Height 47 cm. Width 38 cm. Depth 19 cm
