A fine Edwardian sterling silver spirit kettle on stand, 1905 Sheffield, with maker's marks for James Dixon & Sons Ltd, the tall kettle of tapering serpentine form, with pierced and bright cut Sheraton Revival decoration throughout, the arching handle with insulators, a domed lid with small ivory finial, and a long spout, the key locking hinged lower section supporting the burner, hallmarked to upper and lower body, total weight 1819gr height 37 cm
