A large Victorian sterling silver pedestal teapot, 1864 London, with maker's marks for probably William hunter, the large ovoid teapot of rococo revival styling with a domed lid and lobed finial, an applied shell and scroll rim, embossed and chased to the body with reserved floral bouquets upon a hammered ground, the acanthus leaf embellished handle with ivory insulators; hallmarked underside, total weight 796gr height 22.5 cm.
