An elegant boat shaped silver teapot 1908/9 Chester, with maker's mark for Nathan & Hayes. Of tiered and fluted form with a shaped domed lid and timber finial, a cast shell and gadrooned rim, a repeat sausage border to body and raised on four squashed bun feet, with a timber square form bracket handle and a scrolled thumbpiece; hallmarked to body. Total weight 428gr height 13.5 cm. Width 23.5 cm
