A Caughley blue and white teapot stand and cake dish, circa 1780s. Both items transfer printed upon soft paste porcelain comprising an hexagonal teapot stand with a shaped serpentine gilded rim, decorated in the 'Pagoda' pattern and a cake dish of shaped square form with Chinese scenes below a diaper border and gilt trims, both unmarked. Height 4.5 cm. Length 20.5 cm. Width 20.5 cm and smaller.
