A Regency revival satinwood bureau on tapered legs, having a delicate grille to three sides of the rectangular top over a two door cabinet with rosewood banding and satinwood stringing decorated with Chinoiserie style panels of applied metals opening to two shelves over a drop-down slope with similar applied decoration opening to reveal a leather writing slope and two small drawers over a further drawer and supported on tapered legs with ormolu sabots.
