Of Australian Interest, a silver plate 'Kangaroo' Inkstand, with Sydney Grammer and musical presentation, the inkstand by Walker & Hall London with central kangaroo figure flanked by cut crystal inkwells, with inscription 'To Sydney Moss Esq, From His Grateful Pupil Mario Hazon 1897. Note: Sydney Moss Was a Well Know Teacher and Accomplished Musician, His Career Beginning with the Sydney Musical Union, Choral and Orchestral Society and Then As Vice-President Both of the Philharmonic Society and the Sydney Amateur Orchestral Society. Mr Hazon Went on to Be a Professor of English Literature at the Commercial University in Milan.
