Australian silver 999 standard Sydney 2000 Olympic proof coin originally designed by Australian-born master coin designer Stuart Devlin. The reverse features the official Sydney 2000 Olympic Games logo in colour surrounded by images depicting all twenty-eight sports of the games. The obverse depicts Queen Elizabeth II the country of issue Australia the year 2000 & the monetary denomination. The top half of the coin is edge-lettered with the words 'Games of the XXVII Olympiad' & the lower half carries the edge-lettering '1 kilo 999 silver'. Set in a fitted jarrah timber case with a certificate of authenticity. Perth, 2000, maker the Perth mint. Condition excellent, proof.
