Hardcover, edition 481/500, designed, printed & bound by Wilke & Co., Melbourne. Australian Prime Minister Robert Menzies was a sharp critic of Churchill during the early war years. Nonetheless, Menzies delivered a personal and fulsome tribute from the crypt of St. Paul's Cathedral on the occasion of Churchill's funeral.
