An Australian Colonial silver spoon, fiddle and shell pattern, engraved initials S.H.J; Sydney, c.1840. Length 18 cm. Note: the marks are identical, apart from the maker's initials 'Ch' to Alexander Dick. John Houstone 'Early Australian silver' (publ. Halstead 2012) proposes that the mark May be that of Charles Hendrick: see page 22-23 and marks 40-42, page 310
