Irish hallmarked sterling silver snuff box, metal seal and boxed steel seal inscribed to the top 1787 and marked with family crests, inscribed to the underside 'Repaired by Abrm Warburton 1842', inscribed to the side panels 'Nath Jackson died 1824', 'Susan Worne died 1807' and 'Anne Bacon died 1,800'. The internal is washed with a gilt lining and the underside of the lid gives a brief detailed description of the immediate Fleetwood family bloodline. Dublin, 1786, maker James Keating, condition fair, some minor dents and scratches (noted as repaired in 1842) length 8.5 cm weight 74g Comes together with two family seals, one with a bear form finial and another set in a boxwood container retailed for Thacker & Co Bombay.
